To provide a tailored, mobile-first learning experience, we collect essential profile variables during organic registration and platform usage:

• Account Details: Full Name, Primary Mobile Number, Valid Email Address, Target Stream (e.g., NEET, JEE, CUET), and Class Level (Class 11, Class 12, Dropper).
• Academic Analytics: Computer-Based Test (CBT) scores, DPP submission timestamps, video lecture viewing progression, and question bookmark indices.
• Security Data: Encrypted passwords, security recovery questions, and 4-digit verification PINs.

3. Payment Security & Razorpay / UPI Tunneling

All fee payments for premium batches, masterclasses, and PDF store modules are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways, including Razorpay and authorized UPI channels. Biology Decode does not store, capture, or log your bank passwords, debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs inside our local MySQL servers.

4. Password Encryption & Cryptographic Storage

Your authentication passwords are protected using industry-standard irreversible one-way cryptographic algorithms (PASSWORD_BCRYPT / PASSWORD_DEFAULT). Neither faculty members nor platform administrators have access to your plain-text password credentials.

5. Strict Zero Third-Party Advertising Policy

We respect student focus. Biology Decode operates under a strict zero-spam, zero-ad-resale mandate. We never sell, lease, or distribute student contact numbers, emails, or learning logs to commercial third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or loan agencies. Data is strictly utilized for academic progress tracking, timetable notifications, and essential security verifications.

6. Decode AI & Study Log Interactions

Academic queries submitted through the Decode AI student mentor desk are processed securely to generate high-yield NCERT clarifications and formula explanations. These academic queries are retained in your personal chat dashboard solely to enable study revisions and are never published publicly without consent.

7. Account Data Controls & Annual Limits

To preserve academic database integrity, student accounts are governed by automated change policies (maximum 2 Full Name edits and 2 Mobile Number updates per academic year), while registered email addresses remain locked to prevent account transfers. Students may request complete account deletion or data clarification by contacting our helpdesk.
