1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Biology Decode ("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), accessible via biologydecode.site. Biology Decode is an authentic online medical and NEET preparation ecosystem founded by Prince Patel, co-founded by Jay, and led by Chief Executive Officer Pria. By registering an account, purchasing course batches, accessing DPPs, or using the Decode AI student mentor, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Student Account Registration & Device Security

Students must provide accurate personal credentials, including valid phone numbers and email addresses. To prevent piracy and unauthorized sharing of study material:

• Single-Device Access: Course batches and premium test series are licensed for personal, single-student use only. Simultaneous multi-device streaming or sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
• Account Modification Limits: To prevent illegal account transfers, students are limited to changing their Full Name and Mobile Number a maximum of 2 times per academic year, and registered email addresses remain permanently locked.
• Suspension: We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account found suspicious of token sharing, automated scraping, or credential distribution.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright Protection

All video lectures, line-by-line NCERT breakdowns, DPP questions, test series papers, mind maps, formula notes, graphics, and code frameworks hosted on Biology Decode are the exclusive intellectual property of Biology Decode. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to view the educational materials solely for your personal academic preparation.

Strict Prohibition: Recording, screen recording, downloading through unauthorized third-party scripts, republishing, or redistributing our video classes, PDFs, or tests on Telegram channels, YouTube, WhatsApp groups, or commercial drive links is a direct copyright infringement punishable under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

4. Batch Enrollment, Fees & Payment Processing

All fee payments for masterclasses, crash courses, CBT test packs, and PDF modules are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways, including Razorpay and authorized UPI channels. Enrollment access is granted automatically upon successful transaction confirmation. Biology Decode does not store card numbers, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of our educational services (instant unlocking of video lectures, PDF notes vault, test series, and server bandwidth allocations), fee payments once processed are generally non-refundable and non-transferable to any other batch or student, except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

6. Decode AI & Academic Assistance Disclaimer

The Decode AI feature is an academic study tool designed to provide instantaneous conceptual explanations, NCERT references, and biological mnemonics. While our models are aligned with medical entrance curricula, students are strongly advised to refer to NCERT textbooks as the primary authority for any factual ambiguities.

7. Student Conduct & Community Guidelines

When participating in doubt-solving chats, live lecture comment streams, or community discussion hubs, students must maintain mutual respect and academic discipline. Abusive language, harassment, hate speech, promotional spam, or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate account termination without refund.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the platform or courses shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
